FIFA 22 - Team of the Season Guide


 Team of the Season promo is coming back to FIFA 22 this April and we're very excited about that. The promo usually presents some great players cards such as Kylian Mbappé or other footballers who have ratings of 90 or above. Stay with us to find out what's new in FIFA 22 TOTS.

How does TOTS work?

Team of the Season promo has been released for several years in the history of FIFA. Therefore, we're pretty much expecting the same thing as before, but with more improvements! In total, the promo is about a series of prepared squads from nominated leagues by the FIFA community and EA Sports that celebrate the worldwide's best footballers. It releases one squad each week until the end of the event.
So in order to participate, players can start voting for their favorite nominees before the promo launches. Also, during the campaign, players have the chance of getting these special player items by playing SBCs, Objectives, etc. The cards are usually untradable unless you purchase them with FUT 22 coins from the FUT packs in the Transfer Market.
A major difference between Team of the Season and Team of the Year is that a player receives TOTY cards due to their performance during the year while a TOTS is only given if the player had a great performance during the season.
But which squads are going to be included in FIFA 22 TOTS? We still don't know but there are some predictions according to FIFA 21 and the years before.
